This is no ordinary assault course. Don't be fooled into thinking this is an easy 6km course. It's going to be tough. We'll make sure it's fun though, jam packed with obstacles and all in a truly great location. Tackle our watery tunnels, brave our death slide, assault our cargo net over the manifold river. We'll give you more than 30 man made obstacles to conquer and a whole host of natural obstacles too, including our famous bouncing bogs. Find out why veterans of 100s of mud runs love our course. FAMILY WAVE
Want to run with the kids? We now have a family wave, where kids aged 12 and up can run with a parent or guardian. This isn't a kids course, this is the full course, all the obstacles, no compromise. You get to enjoy the course a little later in the day, when all that mud is gloriously churned too!
The kids will love it, but will you be able to keep up? There's only one way to find out. Go at your own pace. Get down and dirty with the family. Memories that will last a lifetime. Who wants their kids to be glued to a screen, when there's a whole world of adventure out there.
